CAN EXPERIENCE TEACHES BETTER THAN STUDY'S IN BUSINESS?????????

Is your staff  satisfied only with the salary you give them??? maybe not, because everyone needs respect and support. They really do expect some respect and kindness from their masters. Our life is a puzzle, same time's the decisions we take in our life, or in our work goes wrong, mostly  this will happen in all of our life but the thing is how can we make them correct or something which can help us so that we can get a good beginning  
  

   Control your mind and heart - most of the wrong decision taken when we are angry or when we are very happy or emotional, try to control your self on this type of condition's,just leave from that for that particular moment and then think about the situation is , this will help you take the decision which is best for you ........ 

Think a lot- when you facing the problem of do or not to do ,is this right for me or that is right , just sit and think a lot about that , maybe you get the solution and get capable of taking right decision and if your decision goes wrong you can find the right way or you will get to know where  you are doing mistake and then you defiantly get the right way to handle the situation      

Be in limits - always try to make a decision in a limit, when you take a decision in a limit you will get to know where wrong are you and you can try your best to make them right and then expand your limits 

Finding the  loose points in your self  - most important thing is to know where I am wrong and how it can be right, so just think about that and make a try to do it right 

 

Accept your mistake - same people know that they are wrong there but they never accepted that, then tell how can the thing goes right so it is very important that you accepted the truth, then only you can make a right decision for you 

 

Discuss with your near one - discuss your problem with your family or with your friends, when you discuss your problem with some.... sometimes you get the right solution from there, sometimes you can't get the answer but by discussing you will get to know that where wrong are you.........

Gave some time to your self -  one great person say's "SLOW AND STUDY WIN THE RACE" its because when you give some time to yourself you have some time to think what going on, what to do next and what is right and wrong, so just try to give some time to yourself ................
